Paul Rowsey, Board Member

As president and CEO of Compatriot Capital, Paul Rowsey is responsible for the overall business strategy and portfolio composition and management. He also serves on the Board of Directors of any real estate operating companies (REOCs) in which Compatriot Capital invests. Paul assists all portfolio companies (E2M managed funds and REOCs) in capital formation activities. In 2011, he has assisted in the successful formation and capital raising activities of E2M Fund III and has continued to serve as the chairman of E2M's Investment Committee. Prior to forming Compatriot Capital, Paul was a founder and the president and CEO of E2M Partners. Previously, he was president of Eiger, Inc. and was formerly the president and board member of Rosewood Property Company. Paul began his career in 1980 as an attorney, specializing in commercial real estate, with a major Dallas law firm. He is a 1977 magna cum laude graduate of Duke University with a degree in management science and a 1980 cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law.
