Kevin Ransil, Development Partner - Arizona

Prior to joining JLB Partners, Kevin Ransil spent twelve years with Mark-Taylor, Inc. As Vice President, he was responsible for acquisitions and development of $190 million in new luxury apartment communities, after initially joining the company as an Asset Manager with oversight of a $250 million portfolio. Prior to Mark-Taylor, he practiced law in the areas of zoning/land use, eminent domain and real estate litigation. Kevin was also a practicing architect with experience in the design of resorts and residential properties. He is both a licensed Attorney and registered Architect in the State of Arizona. Kevin received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from California Western School of Law.
