Glenn D. Jones, Vice Chairman

Mr. Jones joined JLB Partners as CEO in late 2007, bringing with him 25 years of real estate development and construction expertise. Prior to joining JLB, he served for 15 years as Chief Financial Officer of the Eastern Division of Fairfield Residential. As CFO at Fairfield, Glenn was responsible for all financial, accounting and administrative functions for the Dallas corporate office and all projects east of Denver. Glenn started at Fairfield as controller in 1990 before being promoted to CFO in 1992.

Prior to joining Fairfield from 1985 to 1990, Mr. Jones was controller for Walker Construction Company in Fort Worth, Texas, a commercial construction general contractor with annual revenues in excess of $80 million. From 1981 to 1985, Glenn was manager of Finance and Personnel for LTV Energy Products with locations in Houston and Odessa, Texas, and Norman, Oklahoma. Glenn started his professional career with Main Hurdman, CPAs (now KPMG, CPAs).

Mr. Jones graduated with honors, earning a BBA in accounting from Texas Wesleyan College, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs ‐ Fort Worth Chapter, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Construction Financial Management Association – Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter (served as President 1991‐ 92).
