Bay W. Miltenberger, Managing Partner

Mr. Miltenberger is the Managing Partner of JLB Partners and is responsible for oversight of real estate development and capital markets. He has been involved in the multifamily development business for over 15 years and has developed, constructed, structured and/or financed nearly 20,000 apartment units in Texas, Florida, Georgia, the DC Metro, New England and North Carolina, with a capitalization in excess of $2.2 billion.

Bay has focused primarily on garden, mid-rise and high-rise projects and was involved in structuring most of the mixed use projects during an earlier tenure with Fairfield Residential. Mr. Miltenberger holds general contractors licenses in Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Arizona, Nevada, and California. He is a member of Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council and the US Green Builders Coalition.

Mr. Miltenberger has a BBA from Baylor University with a concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship and an MBA from University of Texas in Arlington with a concentration in Real Estate.
