Rita is an innovative, award‐winning sales and promotions professional with over 20 years experience managing multi‐family operations and creative assignments. A visionary and vibrant leader, Rita built an award‐winning, influential marketing department and student housing division responsible for as many as 60,000 units nationwide. Rita has experience in all aspects of management and has successfully developed and implemented long term strategic management plans for a wide variety of product types including conventional apartments, student housing, high‐rise building and condo sales. Rita holds a CPM designation and is a member of the apartment association while also contributing to round table discussions and planning panels for the Real Estate Board of Florida.
