Mr. Speegle leads the Information Technology department for JLB Partners. He brings over 25 years of IT experience within the multifamily industry. During Jonathan’s career he has designed, built and managed enterprise class networks and data centers. In recent years he has managed the migration to the cloud and advanced the use of technology within multifamily developments.

Prior to joining JLB, Jonathan Speegle was Director of Information Technology at Fairfield Residential. During his time there he was responsible for the design, development and management of computing and communications services spanning 250+ sites throughout the country.

Mr. Speegle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Communications from DeVry University. When outside the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife, Cynthia, and keeping up with his daughter Nova and 2 sons, Peyton and Devan.
