Luke leads JLB’s development activities in Central Texas. Mr. Kline’s experience includes the acquisition or development of over 4,000 luxury apartment homes, build to rent single family homes, and high density/mixed use communities with total development cost in excess of $1 billion.

 Prior to joining JLB Partners, Luke was a Principal with Cypress Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and he began his career with Mill Creek Residential Trust at that company’s inception.  Mr. Kline holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA from The McCombs School at The University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of The Texas Real Estate Center, The Real Estate Council of Austin, and serves on the Alumni Board for The St. Mark’s School of Texas.
