Nathan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of JLB Partners and is responsible for the investment strategy and ongoing growth of the business, as well as management of the firm’s capital partner relationships.  Before joining JLB he was with Crow Holdings Capital, where he was a member of the investment committee with responsibility over the firm’s multifamily development investing.  Prior to his time with Crow Holdings Nathan was with JPI, with various responsibilities in asset management and development.  Nathan attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
