Paul R. Johnston is responsible for working with all of JLB's regional offices and Departments to ensure the execution of each project's business plan and the overall goals of the company. During his career he has been involved in over $5 billion worth of multifamily and mixed use developments which include more than 100 projects of conventional rental, condominium, and student housing units. Completed projects include mixed use, garden style, townhome, medium density, and high rise construction. Prior to JLB, he was with Fairfield Residential and was in charge of a division which had full responsibility for all due diligence, feasibility studies, design coordination and entitlements for projects in 11 states and over 30 municipalities and counties. Earlier in his career, he worked in both the private and public sectors as a consultant and as a director of development services for a municipality. Paul attended Texas A&M University, where he received both a Bachelors and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree, graduating with honors.
