Rob Sucher leads JLB's development efforts in greater Atlanta. Rob's responsibilities include identifying and analyzing development opportunities in Georgia and surrounding markets, as well as managing project execution from design, entitlement, construction through disposition. 

Prior to joining JLB, Rob previously worked at RangeWater, Greystar, Johnson Development Associates, and RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. providing a wide range of development experience across multiple disciplines and product types throughout the Southeast, and has developed over 4,000 MF units. 

Rob graduated from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
